Te Technology TC-48-20 OEM Cool-only/Heat-only Thermoelectric Temperature Controller Simple Type: Temperature Controller
The TC-48-20 OEM is a basic version of the TC-48-20 controller that is a component for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's) that want to integrate the controller in a system where the display, keypad, and box cover are not needed. The controller is shipped as the basic control circuit mounted on an aluminum panel. One standard thermistor (model MP-3193) and a software CD are included. The TC-48-20 OEM, like the standard TC-48-20, is a cool-only or heat-only thermoelectric temperature controller capable of controlling up to 50 volts and 20 amps. The controller uses one thermistor for temperature feedback, and a second thermistor can be attached for monitoring and alarm purposes. (One standard thermistors is included; additional thermistors can be purchased separately.) The controller is mounted to an aluminum plate, but is otherwise un-enclosed. All controller settings are communicated via RS232.

- Output: square wave, 337 Hz, pulse-width modulated, with soft start
- Proportional (P) bandwidth adjustment: 0.5 °C to 100.0 °C
- Single power supply configuration: Greater than or equal to 9 VDC, <50 VDC input, powering both controller and TE device
- Temperature control range: -20 °C to +100 °C using the MP-3193 thermistor supplied with the controller, or -20 °C to +85 °C using a thermistor equivalent to 10 k-ohm, curve "B" from YSI Temperature, Inc.
